We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship out all orders within 1 business day of being placed. For orders to be shipped the same day, they must be received before 2pm. Please contact us for any special shipping requests or changes. Please allow between 1-3 business days once you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost/stolen packages please contact the carrier at (1-800-275-8777).
