Q: What is Jewel Boutique?

A: Jewel Boutique is a contemporary women's clothing boutique! We offer a variety of different brands and have hand picked a collection of statement pieces based on current trends! From clothing to handbags & accessories, you will fall in love with Jewel!

Q: Where do you ship from? 

A: All of our merchandise is shipped from New York. We are currently online only.

Q: I placed my order, what now?

A: After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase. We will contact you promptly if we have any questions about your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number enclosed. 

Q: How can i check on my order?

A: After you receive your tracking number, you can go to the carrier website and paste the tracking number. If you have any difficulties finding your tracking number, contact us at sales@shopjewelboutique.com

Q: My order is too small/big can I return it?

A: Of course! We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days since you receive your order. Please refer to our 'Return's & Exchanges' page for further details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we do not ship outside of the US, however we are working on expanding to our customers around the world!
